IP-PBX Phone Systems

An on-site IP-PBX system, or digital PBX system, is a popular choice for many business owners. IP-PBX systems use VoIP technology to route calls through an on-site Private Branch Exchange, or PBX. Hosting your own equipment (versus using a hosted provider) has a few advantages: there are no monthly charges associated with using off-site hardware, you can customize and modify equipment as needed, and you can take steps to ensure that your phone system is secure without dealing with a third party “host” vendor.

IP-PBX hardware is purchased up-front, and can be updated as needed over the life span of the equipment. Because there are no monthly costs, IP-PBX systems tend to be more cost effective in the long run.
